Caresa J. Northern is the president and founder of Ephraim Productions a Christian based marketing and promotions, event planning, DJ booking, and the parent company to the 1st official Christian Nightclub in Atlanta, GA, Club Jubilee. Caresa J. Northern has amassed more than 26 years of entertainment marketing and promotions experience. She has gained valuable experience while working on promotional projects for various entertainers including but not limited to: Fred Hammond and Radical for Christ, Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr Singers, Commissioned, Darwin Hobbs, Ben Tankard, Joanna Rosario, Canton Jones, Lujene Thompson, Yolanda Adams, and Gospel Gangstaz (Camp 8), just to name a few. Since its inception in 2002, Ephraim Productions has produced several other entertainment entities such as, Club Jubilee, Jubilee TV, and Jubilee Radio.  In the last nineteen years, Club Jubilee has been awarded the opportunity to host various events such as: Commissioned Reunion Tour, Allan Houston’s H20 Club Jubilee NBA All-Star Jam Party, EMI’s album release parties for Darwin Hobbs, T.D. Jakes, and Kierra “KiKi” Sheard, the National Black Arts Festival, Atlantis Music Conference, McDonald’s “The Gift” Gospel Youth Competition, the Dogwood Festival and Darlene McCoy Album release.

In recent years, Ms. Northern worked as a media representative at the Central South Gospel Retail & Distribution Conference, the Gospel Super Fest, the T.D. Jakes’ Mega Fest, the Gospel Heritage Praise & Worship Conference, Verity Records, EMI Gospel and WEA Record Label just to name a few. In 2003, she produced & hosted Jubilee Radio on WAEC 860 AM and streamingfaith.com. Along with the radio broadcast, she was WAEC 860’s Music Marketing Manager, as well as an entertainment reporter for the Alpha and Omega segments. Her radio experience started with WXLL 1310AM as a radio personality in 1986.

Ms. Northern has acquired hands on experience in entertainment planning and marketing special events while working with East/West Records, Elektra Entertainment, Atlantic Records, Kaper Records, Interscope Records, and numerous radio stations and venues.

Her abilities encompass but are not limited to Promotions, Marketing, Booking, Event Coordination, Writing Music, Singing, Productions, and A&R Consulting.

Ursula D. Frederick-Brown, Partner

Affectionately known as Ursula D. in most circles, she is a highly respected entrepreneur and marketplace ministry leader in all forms of urban inspired arts, music, entertainment, and media. Some of her accomplishments include working for the Department of Veterans Affairs with nearly 15 years of service. She is author of Manifesting Kingdom Commerce and it’s corresponding MKC Network which encourages and empowers Church + Congregation + Connected Businesses + Community Collaborations for Commerce; she currently operates as Chief Strategist, Visionary, & Creative Officer of iNSPiRED Lifestyle Arts & Entertainment Alliance (iLAEA) formerly known as UGA International, Inc., a professional association for urban inspired artists, executives, other professionals and consumers empowering artists and creatives to focus on their art while iLAEA assist them to be optimal entrepreneurs and grow their business/career/ministry. Along with iCulture Radio, iCulture Magazine, and UGA International Community Improvement Corporation (a non-profit enterprise, concerned with utilizing arts, entertainment, media, & music as a tool for the betterment of urban communities through empowerment, education, and cooperation), these make up the Alliance branded enterprise. Ursula owns and runs AEIMM Management &Consulting Group, LLC, a federal contracting, consulting, research, website and business development firm. Ursula also serves as the CEO & One of the Original Founding Members of Embassy International Chamber of Commerce (EICC) & soon to launch EICC Network; she recently launched Modelcize, an active wear line aimed at engaging and inspiring voluptuous sized women to embrace their curves and get active. Ursula currently serves alongside founder and urban gospel impresario, Canton Jones, who is the Lead Pastor of Free Life Experience, where she consults on a regular basis.

Ursula’s vision is to revolutionize the urban landscape via the urban inspirational/gospel industry touching the lives of individuals globally. Her primary focus is to introduce and compel within the international marketplace – viable, relevant, Christ-centered and positive arts, entertainment, media, music, and lifestyle preferences – to influence urban communities and audiences throughout the world.
